These are the rules for using hoku-clean.com and for buying from us. Using the site means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

HOKU is a brand of Bestly LLC, a California limited liability company at 733 N Kings Rd #205, Los Angeles, CA 90069. "We" and "us" mean Bestly LLC. "You" means you.

Using the site

You may read this site, share links to it, and buy from it. You may not copy our text, photographs, or logo for your own use, try to break into any part of the site, scrape it automatically, or use it to do anything illegal.

You need to be 18 or older to place an order.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not an order and does not reserve anything. It means we will email you when the product is ready. You can leave at any time.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping, which are added at checkout. We ship within the United States only.

An order confirmation is not an acceptance. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

Returns are covered by our Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

What the product is

HOKU is a cosmetic. It is not a drug, a disinfectant, or a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we say is a promise that the product will treat or prevent any condition. If you have a skin problem, see a doctor.

Read the label before you use it, and follow the directions on the can. If your skin reacts, stop using it.

What we do not promise

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is correct or that the site is always available. The site and the product are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those the law gives you and that we cannot waive.

Limits on what we owe you

If something goes wrong and we are at fault, what you can recover from us is capped at what you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost income, lost time, or knock-on costs.

Some states do not allow these limits. If yours does not, this section applies to you only as far as your state permits.

Your content

If you send us a review, a photograph, or a comment, you keep it, but you give us permission to show it in connection with HOKU. Do not send us anything that is not yours to give.

Which law applies

California law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
